Here are some of the notes I've got from the meeting:

1. BBC banding schedule is on March 1-12, 2010
2. Bakbakan banding schedule will start on April 1-14, 2010
3. Stag banding requirements for both BBC and Bakbakan are: 4 primary feathers on both wings intact and should be cockerel looking
4. BBC banding fee of P500 for 50 heads, then P10/head in excess
5. Bakbakan banding fee of P1000 for 100 heads, then P10/head in excess
6. BBC deposits upon banding is P2000. This will be deductible on the pot money if member will participate in the local derby. I think this is for new members. Am not sure if this applies to old members too. Dividends are given out when member participates in the local 7-stag derby. I received P3210 as dividends for last year. Not bad whereas we only scored 1W-2L in the elims...hehehe..
   
7. Bakbakan deposits upon banding is P5000. (I think this is for new members. Am not sure if this applies to old members too) This will also be deductible on the pot money if member will participate in the elims and semis at the BBC event derby. If member will participate elims and semis in Metro Manila or other area, this deposit will not be deductible. Dividends are also given out when member participates the elims/semis at the BBC held events. When member participates elims/semis in Metro Manila or other area, member is not qualified to receive dividends.
   
8. 2010 Bullang-bullang derby is scheduled at May 7, 2010.
